Work and play
At NewRe, we work hard – but we also know how to relax and recharge our batteries. Our Hard Rück Café, for example, is a great place to take a break with colleagues over good food and a coffee, inside or on our scenic terrace. There is a NewRe Happy Hour on the first Thursday of every month, sometimes followed by joint cooking if it gets late.
With fitness activities ranging from yoga and pilates to jogging and team sports, there is something for everybody.
We also provide an array of extra services to make life more convenient, like a car wash service and dry cleaning pick-up and delivery – you can even get an in-house professional massage.
Training and development
Today’s fast-changing market conditions and client demands call for evolving knowledge and skills. That is why NewRe invests in training and developing its staff. It enables us to devise new and better solutions – and opens up a world of opportunities for you as a member of the NewRe team.
As a NewRe employee, you have the opportunity to take on assignments abroad within the Munich Re Group. International and intercultural experience contributes significantly to personal and professional development and ensures transfer of knowledge and expertise throughout the Group.
Within NewRe, family and career can go hand-in-hand. We offer a framework for individual part-time and home-office solutions to enable you to strike the right balance. Many staff members work according to individually configured part-time models or flexible working hours.
Remuneration and benefits
With remuneration corresponding to each employee’s function, capacity and output coupled with attractive benefits, NewRe provides fair and attractive conditions. As a member of our team, you receive a base salary supplemented by individual and company bonus components.
In addition, we voluntarily offer an array of fringe benefits.
